Teenage Britain’s Got Talent star Eva Abley will be bringing her quick wit and comedy to a special Walsall Healthcare event next month.

The ITV show finalist is joining the judging panel for Trust’s Got Talent on 16 December and is looking forward to being in the hot seat for a change.

Walsall’s Trust’s Got Talent competition is taking place on Friday 16 December at Rushall Labour Club and encourages staff across Walsall Manor Hospital and its community services to step into the limelight and impress judges with their talents.

Eva, 15, who used to live in Darlaston before moving to Cannock, was a real hit with the audience which was won over by her comedy performance. And she has been an inspirational role model for other young people who have cerebral palsy.

She said: “It will seem really weird being the other side of the judges’ desk but I am really looking forward to the night and seeing the acts that have been lined up.

“I know how they feel as it can be nerve-wracking to get up and perform in front of everyone but at least they don’t have Simon Cowell to impress! Good luck to everyone taking part.”

Eva will be joined by Dr Esther Waterhouse, Consultant in Palliative Medicine and Amy Boden, Head of Infection Prevention and Control at Walsall Healthcare.

Tickets for the show, organised through the Trust’s Well Wishers charity, cost £8 and are available via Fundraising Manager Georgie Westley in the Fundraising Hub at the hospital. The fun starts at 7.30pm and a disco and party will follow.
