Solicitors from Enoch Evans LLP have once again teamed up with Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust’s charity Well Wishers to offer people a Will making service.

The Make Your Will Fortnight has been set for 3-14 September 2018 to support people in getting their affairs in order and ensuring their wishes are known.

You can have your Standard Will written for a single person in return for a suggested minimum donation of £80 or a donation of £150 for Standard Mirror Wills where similar documents are created on behalf of a married, civil partnership or unmarried couple. The total donation made will go to the charity which pays for items above and beyond what the NHS can provide.

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust Fundraising manager Georgie Westley, said: “This partnership was a real success when we teamed up for the first time last year and we raised just short of £3,000 for Well Wishers.

“We’re really pleased that Enoch Evans LLP want to extend their generous offer once more. Last year’s donation helped towards our appeal to revamp the sensory room used by children with disabilities and complex needs at our Child Development Centre in Shelfield.”

Partner and Head of Wills, Tax and Probate at Enoch Evans LLP, Richard Neea added: ‘As a local firm it is important to us to support the Walsall community and we’re delighted to continue our Well Wishers partnership. It means our legal expertise is not only helping people to sort out their affairs but is having a positive impact that is felt more widely.”
