  • Handing over a bumper haul of toys for young patients

Our young patients will be all smiles when they see this bumper haul of toys – kindly donated through Guys Gardens and Groundworks.

Blakenall family Guy Tooth, Stephanie Javens and six-year-old Tyler James Tooth popped into Walsall Manor Hospital today to hand over the goodies.

Stephanie said: “We just wanted to give something back because our three children all suffer from asthma and have been treated here. Through the Fundraising Manager we asked the children’s ward what kind of toys the children would want and have included some wheelbarrows and cot mobiles.”

Matthew Lewis, Walsall Healthcare Medical Director, said: “This is such a kind thought. Thank you so much for thinking of others in this way.”
