Our Radiology/Imaging team provides a wide range of diagnostic and interventional services to the Trust.
The service also offers extensive support to the hospital’s A&E services, with Walsall Manor possessing secondary trauma centre status.
The team of keen, committed and motivated radiographers deliver an imaging service aimed at providing patients with the best possible patient experience whilst adhering to the Trust’s values.
The outpatient X-ray department situated on hospital route 005 is open between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please be aware that when attending for X-ray without an appointment you may have to wait.
A walk-in chest X-ray service is also available between the hours of 10am – 4pm weekdays on route 005 and between 10am – 12noon Saturday and Sunday on route 234.
Please note route 005 is closed during the weekend.
The inpatient and A&E X-ray departments are situated on route 234. Attendance in this department is generally by appointment only.
