Podiatry (Surgical Team)

The Podiatric Surgery service provides diagnostic consultations, non-surgical and surgical treatment for patients with foot health problems.

The role of the service is to manage pain, correct deformity, prevent foot conditions from worsening and help to preserve mobility. The service is provided for patients with stable medical health, suited to day surgery under local anaesthetic or general anaesthetic.

The scope ranges from injection therapy and soft tissue management to bone and joint surgery. For conservative foot care, high-risk foot and wound care please refer to the Community Podiatry Team.

The service operates 9am– 5pm, Monday to Friday.
