Briefly describe your project / the campaign you wish to promote. Be sure to include a summary of what you are trying to accomplish – describing the objectives and who this is aimed at (staff, patients, or the general public?). Think – ‘What is the call to action? What do I want to change or people to do differently?’*

Do you have wording you can send us, or do you need support with drafting the message(s)? If you have wording, please send this across. If not already included, please include a point of contact should anyone have any questions. If you need help, please advise your availability for a phone / MS Teams call.

Do you need materials designing or are they already mocked up? If mocked-up, please upload here. If you need help designing materials, again please advise your availability to talk this through with a member of the team or send upload a draft version in a word document here.

If you need materials printing, please supply a cost code. If printing on a local printer, please advise that you will need design support only. Note: Please do not order merchandise for your campaign / project unless a national organisation (e.g., NHS Blood and Transplant, Public Health England) is offering a selection of items to order (i.e., pens, notepads). Décor / display boards must be sourced by the individual teams.

Do you need a photographer to pop by and take a photo of your event? Or are you happy to post on the staff-only Facebook group ‘We are Walsall & Proud’ (ensuring social distancing and PPE / IP guidelines are followed).

For events involving executives please confirm if this has been booked with the relevant PA.

What is the deadline for when you would like to 'promote' or 'launch'? Please consider materials may take a few weeks to be produced and then delivered.
