Our Vision...

To provide first class, integrated health services for the people we serve in the right place at the right time.

In April 2012, we launched our vision, promises and standards to patients and colleagues, which were developed as part of the 'For One and All' programme. The 'For One and All' programme was designed to ensure that the Trust does the right thing - provide a consistently first class experience for all of those who use our services - in the right way - by engaging and supporting our colleagues.

Our patients and colleagues were asked what could be done to improve the patient and staff experience within the Trust. Following this important listening exercise, we were able to develop our vision - To provide first class, integrated health services for the people we serve in the right place at the right time.

We have also made six very important promises - the first three promises are designed to tell the people who use our services what they can expect from us. These promises are for our patients to feel, welcomed, cared for and in safe hands. The next three promises are for our colleagues at the Trust, we promise that colleagues will be, part of one team, appreciated and also be supported to meet our high standards.

We are on a journey to realise our vision and we know that valued, involved and supported colleagues are essential to achieving this. We are looking for our staff to be on this journey with us, championing the promises and standards, as they are embedded as an integral part of everything we do. Before you apply for a vacancy with Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust you need to ensure you are also committed and connected to our promises and standards. Our promises are shown above; please also click here to view our standards.

If you are committed to being a champion for the promises and standards please click here to apply for our current vacancies.
