Eager to start a successful career in Imaging, but not sure what to expect? Looking to work in a challenging yet rewarding department? Well Walsall’s Imaging team are here to give you an insight and answer all your questions.
“We didn’t want to just post our vacancies online, we want people to really learn about the department and witness what we do on a daily basis,” said Walsall Healthcare’s Governance Lead Radiographer, Demetri Wade.
The recruitment day, which is being held on Saturday 11th February at Walsall Manor Hospital, will give visitors the chance to ask questions about not only a career in Imaging, but also what’s it like to work for Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.
Vanessa Palmer, Superintendent Radiographer has worked for the Trust for the past six years and it’s clear to see why.
“I really enjoy my job here at Walsall. Everyone in the Imaging team is so friendly – they really will go above and beyond for you. There is always a good atmosphere and we work so well as a team,” explained Vanessa.
“The most important thing people need to know about our team is that we recognise and acknowledge when people want to enhance their career – there are so many opportunities within Imaging. With this, we look forward to welcoming some new recruits to the department,” said Vanessa.Walsall’s Imaging team want you!
