Specialist Health Visiting What we do The Specialist Health Visiting Team offer the following service: Work as part of a multi agency team known as Team around the Child (TAC), which consists of members of staff from NHS Walsall Community Health, Early Years SEN team, and Social Care. Assess and monitor children 0-5 years living within the borough of Walsall who may have a disability, potential disabling condition or developmental delay, enabling them to maximise their physical and educational potential. Assess the referrals to the TAC team for their appropriateness. Sign post to other services where necessary. Give family centred advice and support.
