Promises and Standards
In April 2012, we launched our brand new Vision and Promises and Standards, to patients and colleagues, which were developed as part of the 'For One and All' programme.
The 'For One and All' programme was designed to ensure that the Trust does the right thing - provide a consistently first class experience for all of those who use Walsall Healthcare's services - in the right way - by engaging and supporting, colleagues across the Trust. Last autumn the Trust asked 100 of its patients 'what's it like in your shoes'? The Trust also asked all colleagues about their experience of working for the organisation.
We have also made six very important promises - the first three promises are to those people who use our services and these are to set out what they can expect from us. These Promises are for our patients to feel, Welcomed, Cared for and In Safe Hands. The next three promises are for all our colleagues in the Trust, we promise that we will be, Part of one team, Appreciated and that our colleagues will be Supported to meet our high standards.
