Update Your Knowledge training is free to all Trust staff and students. Training sessions focus on developing the skills you will require to search for and use information in your role. The sessions are provided by trained library staff in the delivery of information retrieval skills.
Sessions provide a great opportunity to seek advice and see demonstrations on how you can use specialist online systems and databases to find high-quality information. Training can be discussed and arranged on request.

Critical Appraisal workshop delivers a comprehensive and practical overview of what is required to understand and appraise clinical papers with confidence.

e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH)
e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH) is provided by Health Education England in partnership with the NHS and professional bodies. e-LfH provides a range of nationally quality assured online learning modules in health and social care, statutory and mandatory training as well as information skills topics.
