The Team

  • Sickness absence management

What does workplace absence cost your business every year? The cost of absence to a business is huge; we can help you by dealing with your management referrals that will be seen by our expert doctors and nurses. They provide advice on early returns to work, rehabilitation from illness and injury, work based assessments and information on prevention of ill health in the workplace.

  • Health Surveillance

Many occupations expose the employee to ongoing hazards, for example noise and dust. An occupational health nurse adviser will attend your business at regular intervals to perform recommended and mandatory health surveillance as determined by the needs analysis or by the H.S.E

  • Immunisation & Vaccinations

Immunisations required for specific work exposures, such as Measles, Rubella, Mumps, Varicella, Diphtheria, Hepatitis B, Poliomyelitis, Tetanus, and Tuberculosis.

  • Needle Stick Injuries & Body Fluid Splash Injury

The Occupational Health service can provide the treatment required for any needle stick injuries and other accidental occupational exposures to blood/body fluids, and also provide medication for post-exposure prophylaxis

  • Workplace Visits

Occupational health advisors will visit your workplace at regular intervals to perform ongoing health surveillance as required and can also provide a confidential advisory service to employees with health issues or concerns.

  • Display Screen Equipment Work Station Assessments

The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations

1992 requires all display screen equipment users to undergo a work station assessment.  This ergonomic assessment is performed at their workplace by an Occupational Health Adviser.

  • Vision Screening

Keystone Vision Screening can be performed within the workplace by an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor.

  • Psychology Services

We provide a service where your staff can access support for a whole range of personal or work related issues in an environment that is dependable, free from intrusion and confidential.  This is a confidential service available to all employees to talk through personal or work related issues.  Counselling provides a space for you to reflect on issues that are troubling you, away from the pressures of everyday life, in a non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment.
