The Waterfront accommodation comprises designer one, two, three and four bedroom furnished and managed eco apartments.

Situated in Walsall’s new town centre canal side quarter, the Waterfront development is just a short walk from the new hospital buildings.

LOCATION

Art Court is situated in Walsall's new town centre canal side quarter at Waterfront South. Walsall town centre offers a wealth of major attractions and exceptional retail facilities just a stones throw away. 

Situated at the heart of this bustling town is an eclectic mix of shops, bars and restaurants that create a vibrant town in the day with an equally exciting nightlife. 

Walsall also offers spectacular cultural facilities, the centrepiece being the multi award winning Walsall Art Gallery.

The apartments are located 10 minutes walking distance from the main atrium of the main Hospital site resulting in no travel costs to work; no parking fees but plenty of cycle facilities at the hospital site should you prefer.

It's an ideal setting close to the town centre, as well as a two minute walk to the train station for frequent service into Birmingham.

TYPES OF APARTMENTS

Art Court offers a range of types of apartments including shared quarters, single bedroom apartments to four bedroom family apartments.

Lease agreements for shared accommodation are direct with Walsall  Healthcare NHS Trust, whilst single bedroom apartments and family apartments are held in partnership with Accord Housing (on behalf of Jessops); accommodation services however, will liaise on your behalf to make all arrangements prior to your tenancy.

 

 PRICES

All apartments have been pre-wired for BT, Sky and Sky Plus.  Tenants will be responsible for connect costs and TV licence required.

Council Tax discounts are to be reviewed upon occupancy.
