Hook up and support crocheted octopus project for Walsall’s neonatal babies 

Born seven weeks early, twin boys Blake and Brody McGee are among the first babies on Walsall Manor Hospital’s Neonatal Unit to take comfort from a cuddly, crocheted octopus.

The knitted octopus project originated in Denmark and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is the second trust in the UK to get involved and the first in the Staffordshire, Shropshire& Black Country Newborn Network.
